Do my customers need an account to leave a review?

No. They tap the link in your invite and land on your review page, then on the review form for Google, Facebook, or whichever site you choose. There's nothing to download and no account to create.

Can I send invites by text and WhatsApp, not just email?

Yes. You can reach customers by SMS, email, or WhatsApp, and use whichever one each person is most likely to answer. Texts tend to get opened the fastest.

Isn't it against the rules to ask for reviews?
