What agencies do with HiFiveStar

HiFiveStar lets an agency run review management for local clients without building anything: every client location in one account, review requests sent in each client's name, AI reply drafts for every review, and each client's best reviews on their own website. You charge your clients whatever you like for the service.

It is not a fully rebranded platform. The dashboard, the review link address and the address emails are sent from stay HiFiveStar's. What your clients' customers see is where the branding counts, and that carries your client's name, with their logo on the review page.

How white-label it gets

Here is exactly what carries your client's brand, and what stays ours:

• The review page. Each client location has its own name and logo, and the page their customers land on to leave a review shows both.
• Review requests. Request emails go out under each location's own sender name, and when a customer answers, the reply goes to the reply address you set for that client in Settings › Notifications.
• “Powered by” off where it counts. Widgets can drop their “Powered by” line on every plan. On Business and up, the review page can hide “Powered by HiFiveStar” too.
• What stays HiFiveStar's. The dashboard you and your clients log in to, the review link address (go.hifivestar.com/your-client) and the address request emails are sent from.

One login for every client

Add each client as a location. Pro covers 3 locations, Growth 10, Business 25, Enterprise 50, and Unlimited as many as you need, all under one login. Choose All locations and every client's reviews show in one list, each card naming its location, and the Needs reply filter shows what is still waiting for an answer.

Give each client, or each account manager on your team, a Location Manager login that sees only the locations you assign. Your plan sets how many people can log in: 5 on Pro, 10 on Growth, 25 on Business, 50 on Enterprise and as many as you need on Unlimited. To ask a client's customers for reviews in bulk, upload a CSV of up to 1,000 people on the SMS or Email tab.

Showing clients the results

HiFiveStar does not produce branded PDF reports; the results live in the app. Analytics charts each client's review count and average rating over time, new public reviews by star rating, and their review funnel, for whatever period you pick.

On Pro and up, Insights reads a client's reviews and sums up what their customers love, what to work on and the biggest opportunity, which makes a monthly check-in easy to prepare. A client with their own login sees the same screens for their own locations.

Pricing for agencies

There is no separate agency or reseller price list. Agencies pick the plan that covers their client locations: Pro at $99 a month (3 locations), Growth at $179 (10), Business at $249 (25), Enterprise at $440 (50) or Unlimited at $899 (as many as you need). Paying for a year up front costs less, and what you charge your own clients is up to you.

There are no contracts and no setup fees. Moving up a plan takes effect straight away and charges only the difference for the rest of the period; moving down takes effect at the next renewal.

Common questions from agencies

Can clients log in on their own? Yes: give each one a Location Manager login and they see only their own locations. Can you add a client mid-month? Yes, up to your plan's location count, and moving up a plan charges only the difference for the rest of the period.

What about support? Your clients come to you first, and you reach HiFiveStar by email at support@hifivestar.com or through the chat bubble in the app. Pro and up get priority support.

And if a client leaves, or you stop? A client's reviews stay on Google and the other sites where they were posted. If you cancel, your plan runs to the end of the period you paid for, then the account moves to the Forever Free plan with its reviews and history kept. There are no exit fees.

Setting up takes minutes. Sign up free, add your first client as a location, find their Google listing by typing their business name, and upload their logo for the review page. Then put a review widget on a test page to see what their website visitors will get.

When you are ready to send review requests and add more clients, pick the plan that covers your client count. Pro covers your first three; move up as your roster grows.
