What is white-label review management?
White-label review management means you take an existing platform — in this case HiFiveStar — and present it to your clients as if it were built by your agency. Your logo sits in the top-left corner. Emails and SMS messages go out from your sending domain. Reports carry your brand name in the header and footer. The client never sees HiFiveStar mentioned anywhere.
For the agency, the appeal is straightforward: you don't need to build review management software from scratch, hire developers to maintain it, or worry about uptime and feature releases. You subscribe to HiFiveStar at a per-location rate, set whatever price you want for your own clients, and keep the spread. It's an instant new revenue line that slots into the services you already sell — SEO, local marketing, reputation consulting, digital advertising — without adding engineering overhead. Your clients get a polished product. You get recurring revenue and a stickier client relationship.
White-label features
Everything your clients interact with can be branded to match your agency identity. Here's what you can customize:
- Custom logo and branding. Upload your agency logo and set your color palette. The dashboard, login screen, and all client-facing pages reflect your visual identity — not ours.
- Custom sending domain. Review request emails and notification emails come from your domain (e.g. reviews@youragency.com). DKIM and SPF records are configured during onboarding so deliverability stays high.
- Client-facing dashboard with your agency logo. Each client gets their own login. When they sign in, they see your branding, your support contact info, and their review data. They can monitor incoming reviews, respond to them, and track performance — all under your roof.
- White-label review widgets. The embeddable review widgets that display on your clients' websites carry no HiFiveStar branding. You can style them to match the client's site or use your own agency-branded default theme.
- Branded PDF reports. Monthly and on-demand reports are generated with your agency name, logo, and contact details on every page. Send them directly to clients as proof of the value you deliver.
Multi-location dashboard
Managing reviews for one client is simple enough. Managing reviews for thirty, fifty, or a hundred clients across multiple cities is where most agencies hit a wall. HiFiveStar's multi-location dashboard was designed for exactly this situation. You log in once and see every client location in a single list, sortable by name, city, rating, or review count.
From that one screen you can launch bulk review-request campaigns — upload a CSV of customers, pick which locations they belong to, and send personalized SMS or email requests in one batch. Each location gets its own analytics: average rating over time, review volume trends, response rate, and sentiment breakdown. You can also set up seat-based access control so that a junior account manager only sees the five clients they handle, while you keep a bird's-eye view of the whole portfolio. No more juggling separate logins or copying data between spreadsheets.
“This isn’t a ‘powered by’ situation — every surface your client touches is fully yours.”
Client reporting
Agencies live and die by reporting. If you can't show a client what you did for them this month, they start wondering why they're paying you. HiFiveStar generates branded monthly reports automatically — no manual work on your end. Each report includes new review volume, average star rating, review velocity charts (how many reviews came in per week), and response-rate metrics that show how quickly reviews are being acknowledged.
You can also export raw data as CSV or download finished reports as PDF at any time, not just at month-end. The PDF carries your agency logo and colors, so it looks like something your team produced in-house. If a client asks for a custom date range or wants to compare two locations side by side, you can pull that up in under a minute. All of it is white-labeled — the client sees your brand, your email address in the footer, and nothing else.
Agency pricing & reseller model
HiFiveStar charges agencies a flat per-location rate. You set your own retail price for each client, so your margin is entirely in your hands. Most resellers mark up somewhere between 40% and 100% depending on what other services they bundle alongside review management — SEO packages, social media management, or local advertising campaigns.
There are no minimum commitments, no setup fees, and no contracts requiring a year-long lock-in. You add locations as you sign clients and remove them if someone churns. Volume discounts kick in as your portfolio grows, which means your margin improves the bigger you get. If you're running a larger agency and need a custom quote, reach out and we'll put together a package that fits your pipeline.

Why agencies choose HiFiveStar
Dozens of agencies resell HiFiveStar as their own product. Here are the reasons they cite most often:
- Transparent per-location pricing. You know exactly what each location costs. No hidden API fees, no surprise overages for SMS sends, no charge per user seat. Predictable costs make it easy to price your own packages profitably.
- Zero HiFiveStar branding in the client UI. This isn't a 'powered by' situation where the original vendor's name leaks through in the footer or on transactional emails. Every surface your client touches is fully yours.
- 40+ review platforms supported. Google, Facebook, Yelp, TripAdvisor, Healthgrades, Zillow, Avvo, Cars.com — HiFiveStar pulls reviews from over 40 sources into one feed. Whatever industry your client is in, their reviews are covered.
- Multilingual SMS, email, and WhatsApp outreach. Your clients probably serve customers who speak different languages. Review requests can go out in English, Spanish, French, Portuguese, German, and more — including WhatsApp messages for markets where SMS open rates are low.
Common questions from agencies
Before signing up, most agency owners want to know a few things. Can their clients log in independently? Yes — each client gets their own credentials and sees only their own data, under your branding. Can they add locations mid-month? Also yes — billing is prorated, so you're never paying a full month for a location added on the 25th.
What about support? You handle first-line support for your clients (it's your brand, after all), and HiFiveStar's team backs you up with technical support via a dedicated partner channel. Response times are measured in hours, not days. If something breaks at 2 a.m. and a client's review widget goes down, you can ping us and get it resolved before anyone notices.
Another common concern: data portability. If a client leaves your agency, you can export all of their review data — ratings, response history, customer contact lists — as a CSV file. Nothing is locked inside the platform. And if you ever decide to stop reselling, your subscription simply ends. No exit fees, no data hostage situations, no awkward phone calls with a retention team.
Getting started as a reseller
The onboarding process takes about 30 minutes. You sign up for an agency account, upload your logo, configure your sending domain (we walk you through the DNS records), and add your first client location. From there you can test the full experience: send yourself a review request, check the branded dashboard, generate a sample report, and embed a review widget on a test page.
Once you're satisfied with the look and feel, start adding real client locations. Most agencies begin with three to five clients, prove the model works, and then roll it out across their entire roster over the next quarter. The ones who move fastest are the ones who already offer reputation management as a service and are looking to replace a clunky in-house setup or a competitor tool that doesn't offer true white-labeling.
